Established in 1994 Marmara Metal provides raw materials and chemical additives for Foundry and Iron&Steel Industry mainly in Turkey, Europe, Middle East and Eastern European Countries. With a rapid growth in its operations, now the company continues to give best quality service to its customers. The company has its own enterprise lisenced mine area for 168,75 hectares which has 1,200,000 m3 total possible reserves of white and noche travertines. The company has reserves for approximately 300 years depending on the production volume. Marmara Metal is planning to start production on April 2007 in order to supply high quality rich colored and different kinds of travertines to its customers. These many different kinds of travertines will be produced in company’s own factory with advanced technology. The company will obtain high quality, valuable and special stones from its own mines and furnaces. These stones will be produced according to requirements of the customers. The company will advance in the way of creating brand and high quality travertines and the company has an aim to be a leading supplier of natural stones. In addition to travertines Marmara Metal has its own Copper, Manganese and Chrome mines.
